Tools are great and all, but where would we be without the people who help us find them, help us afford them, and ultimately put them in our hands? Barry has been my go-to tool guy since March of this year, and he does an absolutely fantastic job on everything from helping find new tools to warranting existing tools.

BarrySince Barry has been by, he has helped me stretch each dollar and has always been helpful on finding tools, ordering things he doesn’t have, and warranting things that I have or haven’t bought from him. He has always kept me informed of tool specials and promotions, and any way that I could I save a buck on the tools he sells, as well as letting me know when things are going to be on sale coming up, what’s going away, and what will be here for a bit. If there’s a tool I need he’ll crack open the catalog and I’ll hit the internet on my phone looking for what’s offered, and he almost always knows whether or not it’s hidden somewhere on the truck. When he doesn’t have it on the truck, ordering it is easy and I always get the tool in a timely fashion, and if I need it quicker than one week then he’ll have it drop-shipped to my shop. If I need something on the days he’s not by or if I forgot something while I was on the truck, then it just takes a text message with a description or a part number, and it always gets handled.

Consistency is also a must for anyone I will do business with. You can almost set your watch by when Barry arrives at my shop, and that’s regardless of if he knows I’m going to buy something, want to warranty something, or not going to need anything at all that week. As for his willingness to warranty items, I just hand him what’s broken, and he’s always been one to take care of it, whether I brought it from him or not. Every Snap-on dealer is in business for the same thing we all are, to make money. However, it’s nice when someone also adds dedication to help his customers succeed, as Barry does every week.
